The South Waikato District Council is currently working on this Grey Street drain by installing pipes to take the water flow. These pipes will then be covered, thus making it safer, especially for families walking through to the play ground area.

Would be nice to have the drain between Grey St & Golf Road piped too, and some vegetation added for aesthetics.
Will re-vist later in the month to see how it looks then…
