Burgundy Blue from Over the Moon

It has just been announced that Over the Moon are finalists in the New Zealand Food Awards for their Burgundy Moon Cambert. One of the interesting features of this locally crafted cheese is the use of grape skins sourced from Mills Reef, that add colour, flavour and texture to this particular cheese.

The Best NZ Cheese Award, as first reported here a few weeks ago, was received at the The International Cheese Awards, Nantwich, England – the biggest cheese show in the world. Yesterday we caught up with Sue from Over the Moon  to photograph their award.
